At Gloss Glam, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, we maintain strict hygiene standards while still ensuring a fair return process for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals must remain intact

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, deodorant, or washing

If these conditions are not met, the return may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

  • Panties / briefs / thongs

  • Bodysuits without protective hygiene seals

  • Hosiery / stockings

  • Opened adhesive or stick-on bras


3. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Follow the return instructions provided

  4. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
