Well...
Tomorrow is my birthday.
And somehow, another year has gone by quicker than I ever imagined.
As I sit here with my morning cup of tea, I can't help but reflect on everything that's happened over the past year.
The highs.
The challenges.
The lessons.
And all the wonderful little moments that somehow become our biggest memories.
Running my little online lingerie boutique has been one of the biggest adventures of my life.
There have been days when I questioned everything.
Days when I wondered if anyone would ever find my little shop.
Days when I spent hours photographing silky satin knickers, writing listings, answering messages and packing parcels...
Only to realise I'd completely forgotten to eat lunch!
But then...
There have also been days when my phone made that little "cha-ching" sound.
A new order.
A lovely review.
A kind message from a customer.
Those little moments remind me exactly why I started.

More Than Just Selling Lingerie
When I first began this journey, I thought I was simply opening an online lingerie boutique.
Now I realise I'm building something much bigger.
I'm building friendships.
A community.
A place where people can smile, laugh and chat about beautiful lingerie without judgement.
Some of you have been reading my blogs every day.
Some of you join me for Knickers of the Day.
Some of you laugh at Confessions of a Knicker Drawer.
And honestly...
That means far more to me than you'll probably ever know.
🌸 This Birthday Feels Different
Usually birthdays are about presents and cake.
This year...
I'm simply grateful.
Grateful that I get to wake up every morning and work on something I genuinely love.
Grateful that I can spend my days surrounded by beautiful silky satin knickers (someone has to do it! 😂).
Grateful for every customer who has trusted my little business.
Grateful for every comment, every message and every smile we've shared.
And grateful that this little corner of the internet is slowly becoming exactly what I always hoped it would be.
A warm, welcoming community.
✨ A Promise To Myself
Birthdays always make me think about the year ahead.
So this year I'm making myself one promise.
To stop waiting.
To stop saving things for "one day."
To wear the pretty pair.
To celebrate the little wins.
To enjoy the quiet moments.
To laugh more.
To worry less.
And to keep building this wonderful little community, one blog, one vlog and one conversation at a time.

People always ask,
"What do you want for your birthday?"
Honestly?
My biggest wish is simple.
I hope Gloss Glam continues to grow.
I hope this community grows with it.
I hope more people discover the confidence that beautiful lingerie can bring.
And I hope that one day, people don't just visit my website to shop.
I hope they visit because it feels like home.
A place to put the kettle on.
Read a blog.
Have a laugh.
And chat about life's little luxuries.
I think that would be the greatest birthday gift of all.
